Neeraj Malhotra

Neeraj is a turn-around strategist known for fusing entrepreneurial drive and vision. His 20 years of experience and exposure is rich and diverse and has primarily been in senior executive positions in the publishing services, eLearning and media & entertainment space. Over the years he has lead organizations such as Interactive Composition Corporation, Macmillan Publishing Solutions, PreMedia Global now Datamatics, LexisNexis and QBS Learning as their Chief Executive Officer.

Neeraj has extensive experience in developing new markets and most of his past roles have had international business development as a key component. He has extensive experience in developing markets such as India, UK, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. A team player with strong inter-personal skills conceptualizing corporate strategy, TQM and business growth are his forte. He is known to lead from the front. Neeraj is an alumnus of University of Southern New Hampshire and has an MBA from Baruch College, City University of NY. Neeraj lives in Noida and is married to Anu Malhotra, a fashion designer by profession. He has two beautiful children, Janvi and Neel.

With more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, I’ve held numerous key executive positions across multiple geographies in the IT and telecommunications sectors.

He has been in various positions including sales, support and marketing (Crompton Greaves Limited) and has managed GIS (Geographical Information Systems) projects for clients like US West Communication (Now QWest), USA.

He has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, India and is an IBM certified Programmer.

Apart from a strong engineering background, Rahul also demonstrated leadership during his career in multi-site management, project management, product marketing and business development in Asia Pacific.
